Exactly. Lol. I have a friend that obsessed with Yoshi. So as a joke I wanted to make a Yoshi themed sex toy. Never got around to it though.

Well that rules out software like Maya and such (technically possible, but not the best for this sort of thing). Rhino is dirt cheap, relatively powerful, and easy to learn. I use Solidworks, but it's expensive and not quite as simple as Rhino.
whatever you choose, you'll want something more CAD-based. Programs like Maya are designed to build more organic shapes and don't rely on the user inputting as much technical data.
