I have a 3d tetris manual.. if that would help in any fashion. The 3d Tetris cover I made was from a scan that I did not notice had cellophane reflections in the cover.. Anyway.. I can scan if you need! :)

Edit first post, i have add a retail cover for Teleroboxer and another custom one, This time the front image has a complete robot as in the original box ::) ;D ;)
