NES BitBox Covers

New member here! I have been attempting to decide on a way of storing my modest collection, but there are a few variants of NES games I own that have not been put into the BitBox format with the black bars that go vertically down the case and read "Nintendo Entertainment System". Here are the few I am looking for:

Castlevania (with retro circle Nintendo seal instead of the oval)
Castlevania II: Simon's Quest (with retro circle Nintendo seal instead of the oval)
Mega Man (with original NES box art, both pieces on StoneAgeGamer are custom works)
Super Mario Bros. III (with the "Bros" in "Super Mario Bros" aligned left, instead of right.

This is my first post on these forums, but everyone that contributes here does great work, so thank you in advance for any help!
