So I attended the ScrewAttack Gaming Convention in Dallas, TX a few weeks ago and I thought I'd share some photos of the convention with you guys. I went to the one last year and it was a pretty good turnout. Bunch of overpriced vendors again as always but they had a pretty good arcade section and some cool panels. There were some deals to be found, but after the first day it was all just eBay pricing. Highlight of the show for me was definitely Keji Inafune's panel (creator of Mega Man). All in all had a really great time and its nice to see so many people in one place that share the same interests as you. Just recently attended Oklahoma Video Game Exhibition and I will be sure to share photos of that as well.

Yeah thats kinda why I posted photos cause I know outside the states retro gaming-centric conventions are not at all too common from what I understand

You seem to really like one photo, it was repeated like 4-5 times in a row. :P

sorry totally unintentional. yeah I probably just screwed up the cut and paste process. can seem overwhelming when you post a ton of pics at once.

Been there done that.  I started using photobucket and on some pages you can just click the url, it copies, but others you have to select all, copy.  So sometimes I think I'm copying when I'm not.

Looks like a pretty good time. Last year my friends and I got some free passes to SGC by seeing Video Games Live in Dallas but I was unable to attend unfortunately and to be totally honest this years convention just completely slipped by me. Wish I would have paid more attention now.

I went to SGC the first day and it was pretty cool. Mostly over priced games like you said but I did get a good deal on some Sega Master System games. quickfingers818 do you live in the DFW area? I'm going to Retropalooza next month in Arlington. Now thats the place to get good deals on Retro games. I got so much stuff last year for very little.
Snes is Best.
