Ooh! I love these!
I don't know. How many?! :P
Megatron:
The original PS1 title rewarded you for beating it in under 3 hours, but if you took your time, explored and found all files, I'd say as much as 6-8, depending on skill. My record is just over 2 hours.
The Gamecube Version (to which I assume you mean) has a bonus for 5 hours (a better handgun) and 3 hours (a rocket launcher) but this is a significantly longer game. On average, I would estimate the average player takes 10-12 hours to get through the story, assuming they have a basic understanding of where to go/ how to solve puzzles and actively engage in finding files and bonus weapons/side missions. But realistically, if you get stuck on a puzzle, or get lost with all the back tracking in this game it could take forever.

Yes, I mean the Gamecube version. At first I thought that this game was only going to around 3-5 hours long but, I can see that not the case. What are the chances that Capcom releasing Resident Evil Zero as a remaster?
Megatron:
The game can definitely be 5 hours, but you have to have some idea of what you're doing and where you're going. If you're new to the game, or it's been a while, then yeah, this is more of a 10 hour title.
As for RE Zero...it's possible, but I doubt it. Zero is kind of the black sheep of the franchise, at least the main story line (0-3). While not a bad game, it experimented with a lot, and was kind of a hybrid between the classic style and what RE4 would become. I know it was rereleased for Wii, but this game doesn't have the best reputation among critics or fans. There are just so many problems with the story and game play that even though I WANT to play it again, I just can't. Truth be told, though, if they DID remake it with HD graphics and achievements, it'd be a day one buy for me. Sadly, what most fans (myself included) seem to want is an HD remake of Resident Evil 2. Although that would be a lot more work and Capcom seems all about the easy path these days.
