When they are here will they be available on a regular basis? Kinda doesn't seem like it for the GB cases does it?

Actually, I have the gameboy cases set up where they will always be available. :) And I am planing on doing the same with the NES cases as well. It's more money staying in products but I personally hate when something is no longer available and I want it. :)

tiktektak:

I also really hope you'll manage to get them sized as UGCs (also spine wise) as resizing spines is a pita.

RetroGamer84:

I think this is a great idea! As long as it holds the games and manuals I'm all in.

KalessinDB:

Dude, ShadowFox... if you legit have 10k "pledged"... screw it, do a kickstarter!  I'm assuming a good portion of the people pledging are repeat customers and know how you work.  Less money out of your pocket and a good chance of getting the product faster.

This IS true! There are 2 reasons I am not doing a kickstarter (At this moment) 1.) Nintendo: I have a funny story about a Director of Nintendo purchasing my cases off of Amazon.com. Is name was David, and he actually introduced himself, ordered 12 cases, told me they were going to review my products, and said they would contact me if they need anything else from me. ...  :o :-X

So that was like 8months ago. A law buddy of mine gave me his opinion about it and he thinks they just wanted me to know that THEY know I am here.... and that I'm a small fish.... that they don't want to do anything about right now. ....so if I did a kickstarted and let's say on the off chance it blows up and I make like $20,000.00 .... or $2,000,000,000.00 I REALLY, REALLY feel that David will be contacting me.  ;D Annnnd I don't want that.  :-*

2.) Other people: When I did the Gameboy cases I had like 20-ish people contact me about everything there is to know about doing what I'm doing. Things like how much money are you banking, what factory are you using, "I'm making my own cases already and going to crush you", partnerships, and on and on.... Stuff like that is normal, and a small handful of those people are TCPers which is AWESOME! I try really, REALLY hard to keep peace with everyone, my cases are not on eBay with covers. (There are 1-2 TCPers already doing that and I don't want to hurt their business) Retrogamecases.com is a TCPer again, I know who he is and we are on good terms, I know his stuff is good and he's not a bad guy AT ALL. I will NEVER say anything negative about retro. And on and on.... now! Throw these cases on kickstarter and I feel like the floodgates will open, sure I might make some good cash.... but the "COST" will be 100+ other guys saying "I can make those myself" "Just sell out now" bla bla bla.... and in truth, I have an Uncle who DOES things like that! All he needs is like 15% profit on his investment and he deems it a good choice.... he would be the one to print out covers at $0.05ea make his own cases and buy them in the 100,000's at $0.20ea and sell covered cases at $0.50ea and decimate everyone.  I don't want to do that.  ;) "Live at peace with all men" I strive for this, and this keeps me from attempting to do that with my cases.

Sorry for the long winded reply, but this is why I have not placed these cases on there. Another reason would be: Take a look at the "affordable" Desktop 3D printer projects on kickstarter. On dude got like $400,000.00 for his asking of $50,000 and then all of the sudden like 10 other kick starter pages pop up leaching that first guys dream. I mean, yeah, to each his own. But DANG! The first guy was the one with the vision... all the other guys after him are money hungry.... and in spamming kickerstarter like that, it takes the spotlight away from the author. (Just like going to a stand up comedy, first guy gets up there and starts his thing then 6 other comedians jump on stage to join him... without his approval. The end result will not be what the first comedian had in mind.)

...OKAY! I promise that is the end of my reply! HA-HA!
