Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

I've never posted here before but I've been collecting almost 300 covers from this site and making personal adjustments in preparation for a big print at my University before I graduate and lose my printing allowance that's been accumulating.

Anyways I'm interested in preordering 100, but before I do I need to know what the dimensions are likely to be for this, (and hopefully final) design so I can adjust my printing. Based on the posts the height is supposed to be the same, but what's the final word on the spine? What needs to be done in preparation of these new dimensions?

Also I wonder if you anticipate any future snes or n64 cases to have different dimensions than existing UGCs?

It is slightly wider, though UGC covers should fit ok.

I guess I was hoping Shadowfox could give exact dimensions since I have the opportunity to make my NES prints fit exactly.

Yeah, it's still the Chinese New Year festival  ::) Waiting and some more waiting... The spine will be 29MM wide and the depth is 4MM deeper (I think) Tomorrow morning I'll check they renderings and see what they say. I know I haven't even looked at converting artwork yet since I don't know the exact size that will be perfect.  ;D

After you figure out dimensions, you really should have a bounty board like StoneAgeGamer had. That way you can get all games "covered" for your new cases for your website and you could offer discounted cases for the converters AND THEN after we all order your cases we'll have covers ready to print for our amazing new cases!  ;D

Though it seems some sort of code that stretches the spine slightly would work. SAG covers take more work.

When you say 4 mm deeper, you mean the spine, which is 29 mm, is 4 mm deeper/wider than UGC? So overall width of your cases would be 289mm (or as I would measure, 11.378 Inches) compared to the UGC which is 285mm (or 11.22 inches)?

Or am I interpreting this wrong. Is it that that length is still identical to UGC (11.22 in) but the actual spine is wider? If that were the case than the front and back would be smaller no? And if that were the case, based on the pictures the entire 4 mm in width would have to be extended to the left of the spine.

And I didn't think I could love anything more than the GBA cases! Do we place our preorders on your website this time or are you keeping a separate list for site member orders? Also, do you still have a working priority list for what you're doing next? I'm still waiting excitedly for SNES cases that hold my manuals! Good work on these!
