I could ever find Famicom to Nes adapters, other than the Pinball and Gyromite ones. There are tons of Nes to Famicom, not I could not find the reverse.
I need to get my Top Loader modded, It looks like StoneAgeGamer does them now. I still got credit form those SNES covers  ;D
RF on a top loader looks like crap. There are some US toploaders with AV, but they are rare, as they were only given out by Nintendo if you complained to Nintendo Customer Service about the RF.

I have a frontloader, Toploader and AV Famicom. NES carts in a AV famicom look a bit dumb IMO, They face away.

Guy by the name of Afrokid on Racketboy is selling some good quality Famicom to NES convertors for $40 shipped, with box and instructions.  They're coming from Chile, but I've sold him stuff before, he's a great guy to work with.  I'm also almost positive Krikzz is making new ones now on retrogate, but I can't check while I'm here at work.

I just bought a component-modded toploader that I'm waiting on delivery of, I maaaaay be convinced to sell my composite-modded one when that comes in.  But to be honest, I might just keep it as a backup.
Attempting a complete NTSC-U NES set.  Sell me your games!

I know this has probably been discussed somewhere in the forums multiple times, but the discussion of making these NES cases, and the last page discussing Fami/NES adapters got me thinking - has anyone out there come up with a good box for Famicom? For a while I was working on covers for UGCs to case them, but they're just too big...

A cassette style case would be cool, something where we could recreate the famicom box artwork as we do with the console games artwork for UGCs.  Just a thought.  Want to know if anyone has ideas.

Well, they fit like a glove in a sega clamshell, so I'm waiting for Shadowfox to come up with his replacement sega clam.  Ideally I'd love to get hold of 100 or so of the namcot famicom clamshells, but that's never going to happen.

I was thinking of using Poly Cases. I even made a simple template a while back.

Oh yeah, I think I remember these.  They look great! That's exactly what I'm talking about, because that template will replicate very closely what the famicom boxes looked like - pretty small.

This is a cool idea too.  While it fixes the rattling around problem, it still seems like a lot of case for those games.  I know the sega carts aren't much bigger at all, but they have long manuals that fit in those.  Famicom manuals are just as small as the carts, and harder to come by, so I think the smaller case would be better for me.

If you can get hold of EU sized thick DS cases, Famicom carts fit in them pretty good...

Then why not these?

Then a mini box inside the plastic cart protector.  That's what I've done for my 2600 games, but in the full size atari box protector.
