Yeah ...we have a few Japanese covers already. But also look at scanning the manual and label of the carts as well as we want to preserve that art too  :)

Lish ...... Do you still have the Lylat Wars box?. If Yes .... any chance you can rescan it at 300dpi and leave blank space around the outside. Your cover has some alignment issues and it may be cleaner to get raw scans to me. Cheers .....

I have uploaded most of the N64 files outstanding. Exist2Inspire's Bottom of the 9th is now available. Note that I have adjusted it on the spine to fit in with the existing covers. I used the blue spine version as the green one is cropped quite badly near the top logo. All in all though ... a very nice ... and new addition to our n64 covers. That's one less to get.  ;D

I am hoping to see the arrival of Star Wars - Battle for Naboo and Snowboard Kids 2 next week .... two of the costlier games still outstanding. The Star wars box is near mint according to the seller while the SB Kids one has light wear .... whatever that means ... so we'll see how it goes when they arrive.

Anyways .... it's late so it's off to bed with me.

Ok dokey ... apart from Lish's slightly wonky Lylat Wars every N64 upload has now been made available on the site. Yippee

I know we have a couple of new submissions to be looked at ... but the backlog of N64 is gone.

Alignment Issues, Maybe. Wonky Scans.  Humbug.

But...yes, the red strip on the side does appear cropped...but guess again.  It isn't. Thats exactly as the box is.  The box is not a standard N64 box, but a large package type cardboard box, and any missalignment has occurred in nintendos printing.  So, what I will do is use the clone tool to "Fake it" and make the writing appear centralised by shrinking a couple of percent in the vertical plane and adding red pixels to the side.

Maybe tiktektaks box is different.  Maybe not.

A lot of PAL dreamcast prints are the same when it comes to the front cover.  For the NES box, the rear cover is the issue.

The attached picture is the original cover I uploaded.  In about an hour I'll upload the modified cover and hopefully save face :(

No Metroid on N64, What was Nintendo thinking? ;)

Here is the rearranged cover.  I have also uploaded the Raws just in case the completed cover is unacceptable.

It looks like that's a matter of honor between thevaleman and lish so I'll keep my head out of it....

You could scan your box if you want. I don't know if the artwork of the AU PAL is different from the EU PAL, but at least the rating is different. So to be highly accurate you could scan it :)

As far as I know they're the same. There are some Swiss covers which are different, just the languages on the back cover though, there's often German + French/Italian.

Yes, it is a matter of honor for me, but not between the Valeman and me.

I have the utmost respect for the Valeman and his drive to have the best quality N64 covers possible on this site.  I will be one of the greatest beneficeries of this drive.

Gosh .... I hope I haven't offended anyone. I certainly never meant to .... so Lish .... I apologise if I hurt your feelings or anything like that. I just made a comment on the fact that the rear red box is not straight compared to the front. that's the only issue other than not overlaying the red bottom corner. I know it can be a juggling act trying to align things without affecting other areas..... I've created over 200 N64 covers so believe me when I say I know.

I actually do a fair bit of work cropping and aligning so the sidebars on both the front and rear align right across the cover. I guess I am a tad picky ..... but seriously ..... don't get alarmed over it. wshbrngr can confirm I've hassled him too. But we're still friends ....  ;D

Ok ..... I grabbed Lish's second attempt ..... and it's bloody nice. I just altered it so the red sidebar is uniform across the whole cover and it looks excellent. I'll upload it when I get back from giving my son a thrashing in tennis ..... now I have him back from wshbrngr's ranch after working off my Universal Game case debt  ;D

Uploading as I type this. That completes the Star Wars collection. Cost a penny too.....

UPDATE: Costing even more.... but a lot harder to find complete  ......

Where is it?  Check the N64 section  ;D
