Sonic Adventure 2 HD PC

Hi, i was wondering if anyone could make a DVD case sized custom insert for Sonic Adventure 2 HD for the PC (NTSC). If anyone is going to do this, please only use artwork and screenshots that are from the actual game, and please do not put Steam any where on the cover, just put Windows, and PC.
