Final Fantasy 3 and Final Fantasy 4 Custom PSP covers

I have the Japanese version of Final Fantasy 3 on PSP and Final Fantasy 4 Complete Collection on PSP.  I was hoping to get some covers to look like the Final Fantasy 1 and Final Fantasy 2 PSP covers shown here.





I see there are similar covers for Final Fantasy 3 for DS on the coverart project shown here



and Final Fantasy 4 for PS1 on the coverart project shown here.



To make them more consistent with the Final Fantasy 1 and Final Fantasy 2 PSP covers, it be nice if these could be done for the PSP but without that colorful horizontal bar on the back and without the Roman numerals on the bind within the colorful bar but instead just have the title on the bind and with screenshots of the game to reflect the PSP graphics.

I figure this should just be a matter of resizing the front and back of the source images used to create the DS and PS1 versions for Final Fantasy 3 and 4 respectively and placing them on the PSP template.... then just adding the minor adjustments to make them consistent with the PSP Final Fantasy 1 and 2 covers.  I tried doing this but I don't have the original source images and I'm not an artist and suck at Photoshop and photo editing.

Not to be too picky, (Because I don't need this cover) but I just want to point out that the underline on the spine doesn't go under the Roman Numeral "V" in Final Fantasy IV. Didn't know if that was overlooked or not but to me it just looks a little funny.

And spine text needs to be black with a white stroke if it's to match the psp covers linked above.

I have fixed the spine logo for the covers above I hope but, I am wondering what font was used the Final Fantasy spine for Final Fantasy 1 and 2?

For final fantasy 4 I didn't even notice the bind until reading thru the thread and sheep2001 brought it up. It would be great if the font on the spine could match the other covers.  Also now that I'm looking I noticed the 20th anniversary logo on the front bottom right for final fantasy 4 is white instead of that pink-ish color.

Also is it possible to replace the old PS1 screenshots on the back with PSP screenshots... that way it will surely be a true PSP cover... I thought these 3 would be nice

Wow that's exactly how I imagined the covers for both FF3 and FF4 for PSP.  Thats some good artwork asop89. Now they'll all look consistent on my shelf.  To bad as far as consistency is concerned that FF3 for PSP isn't a 2D remake with enhanced graphics like FF1, FF2, and FF4, but just a strait DS port which is 3D.  But thats Square-Enix for ya.... But the covers are excellent!!!!   These should be uploaded on the Cover Project under the PSP section.

I'm glad you really liked it, I really wish they get uploaded into the main database too but it's up to the admins to decide that.
