The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening

Hey guys, I have been hunting the forums for a specific case for The Legend of Zelda, Link's Awakening for the Game Boy. The one I am looking for is one that someone custom made. The art is minimal and gold. The spine is gold and on the bottom of the spine is the tri-force. The back art is a the world map for the game. Would anyone be able to help me find it? It looks similar to the one below.
