I think most of the coupons work for both, but some are store-only. You can either print the coupon and bring it in, or take a shot of it with your cell phone. They have all the scannable barcodes in the store; they just want proof you're actually on the list.

As far as I know, yes. I haven't heard of Half-Price Books having any locations in other countries.

and I don't think they sell anything online, so you need to have some near you. In some areas they're common, we've been to 6 in ohio, 5 of them in one day before.
