Are these games bootlegs?

Ouch. These fakes are getting ridiculously good. They know how to spell Nintendo now ;D haha
I'm glad I got the guy to send a lot of pictures or I would be out some cash. Luckily, I did find legit copies locally from a co workers son who has since moved on to the 3DS and Pokemon X & Y
