Talked to some old friends around town and found someone that had 4 of the GBA games (sans Ruby) and a GBA. Got all of it for $30. These copies are legit. I have no clue why I didn't think to ask him sooner. He's a bit younger and still in to it, but not the older stuff, and doesn't really pay attention to value.
Actually those 4 are real. Labels are foil, indented numbers, none of the "Loading .... the game can now be played" crap, Pokemon can be traded. The original ones I posted were fake, these 4 are 100% legit and from a single owner.

The labels look suspicious to me. I personally have these games and I can assure you the ones pictured above do not have genuine labels. :/ Sorry dude
