*POLL* NES vs SEGA Clamshell
KalessinDB:
Adding to the choir:
No it doesn't have to look like the UGCs at all, far as I'm concerned. I too would actually kinda-prefer them to be like the DS/GB cases but bigger. But I have 0 of my NES games cased yet, so whatever you choose would be fine by me. As long as I can get art for them, I'm happy.
TDIRunner:
On the flip side, I might be willing to replace all of my NES cases if I found someone who was willing to buy my current collection of modified UGC cases at my original cost. In other words, a buyer who isn't interested in Shadowfox's cases, but doesn't want to take the time to modify their own cases. So that is something I will explore when we get closer to an actual production case.
But I still think it's important that the same size covers fit into the new cases as that would be a lot of new covers to create.

I originally thought black but I agree that the dark grey really looks good.

i don't realy know which one to choose, because some time i think i like them to be Dark grey but some time i think of the clear one because of the inlay. but those colors are the ones to go first for shure.

I think there was.
Colors were black, clear, blue and red in the beginning, followed more obscure colors maybe later.
I might remember wrong though.

I think colors where talk in Seymor Onion thread

:)
So I just shot off the e-mail to the factory that I would like to change the exterior of the NES cases to resemble the Gameboy cases with the smooth, rounded edges and open/closing mechanism. ;)
I'll let yall know once I get a reply...
