Desperately need Snowboard Kids N64 Cart Label

The title says it all I guess.  I came across a copy of Snowboard Kids that had a clear "property of blockbuster" label over the cart label.  Couldn't get it off without tearing the real label...I'm so bleeping mad right now.

If anyone could post a scan of the label, I'd be grateful.

There is a PAL label already on the site here http://www.thecoverproject.net/view.php?cover_id=1489 Other than not having an ESRB rating it is pretty much identical to the US label.
