modifying the US covers for the EUR DS cases

I purchased the EUR DS cases, because of the limited modifications required to get gameboy games to fit. However I did not realize until now that the spine is a bit thicker. What have others done for this? Do I need to modify each cover file to widen the spine area or could I print as is?

The difference is minimal.  I didn't bother resizing.
