Hi everyone!

As this is my first post I'm just going to apologize to the administrators if I've posted this in the wrong place.

I've been using the cover project for a while, I used some bits on here to make covers for a number of games that I bought as classics (kept the classics covers behind my prints in the cases in case I sell them on) and I really love the GBA/ US DS Box idea; It appeals to me because there's nothing shady about it, these games have never existed in these cases and so, unlike home made labels for carts, there's no chance of them being used to trick new comers to the collecting hobby into buying something they shouldn't.

ANYWAY! On to the good stuff!

I couldn't find anything to use as a cover for my imported Starfy (Stafy) collection so I whipped these up. This is the first time I've ever done something like this so critique would be nice.

I've posted them below; you can see that I'm not a huge fan of writing bio's for games that didn't have them, it often comes off cheesy (it does when I try it!) and I tried to theme all three together. I really like the way the spines have come out on mine which are printed and on the shelf with my others.

Also, if anyone wants these as a psd let me know in case you want to change them about a bit.
If people like them I'll submit them as covers but I wanted to get some criticism first or for people to let me know if they somehow break the rules for cover submissions etc.

EDIT - I can't get my files to upload, they're far too large. How can I compress them without ruining them?
EDIT - Sorted it; I've hosted them. I will submit them as covers if people want them also.

Use a hosting site like box.com or Mediafire.com
They don't harm the quality of image/audio/video files.
What are you looking at? You think baby's don't like video games? THEN YOU DON'T KNOW SHIT ABOUT BABIES!!

I've taken a photo of them printed out alongside some other GBA cases I've printed.

Really happy with the spines! The 3rd party DS cases I use make it really hard to line up the spines in the center. I'm gonna take out all the covers I've done and fold them myself, then put them back in.

Correct place this is.

Like palmer6strings said upload to Mediafire or Box and then link here.

I prefer Mediafire as from there you can link with thumbnail directly.

Do you need scans?

I've hosted them on a generic hosting site. I'll sort a mediafire account out later. Are my thumbnails showing properly?

Oh my god your covers look so much better! Damn it lol

I wouldn't mind scans of your boxes as the images I used are a little blurry. I'll then try to remove the text on them to add the English title. Might try to add a translation of the back to mine as well. Remove a screenshot and they should fit.

I'm currently using shit TV so can't say for sure, but quality seems usable.

Thank you.

Quality looks pretty good except for the front covers so if you just use lumberjoofs scans for the front I think they will look much better

That's my intention. I'll sort out the covers. Try to remove the text on them (apart from the starfy logo) then submit them. The spines need a teeny bit of tweaking but really do look great on the shelf.

Don't submit them.

Instead upload to Mediafire or Box.com and link here.
That way I can faster asses them and tell you wether we will approve them.

Thanl you.
