Nice pickup,  SoulSilver alone is worth big bucks

Really!?! I don't play Pokémon games but I just saw a copy today at my local pawn shop and they had a CIB copy for only $15. Maybe I should go back and grab it...
Pokemon games seem to keep their value. I bought Emerald when it was new for $35 and that's what a loose cart goes for now.

Been meaning to post this for a few days but life has been getting in the way. Here is my July pickup by way of the early 90's. I was searching through our storage shed and found a beautiful magical box that held all of this. I was honestly just looking for the games and didn't expect to find everything else. Everything pictured has been cleaned and tested (NES-101 not working, I suspect a bad fuse). I hope to post my actual pickups for July in the next couple days.

NES-101
Dogbone Controller
NES Controller
Nintendo Zappers (2)
Epyx 500 XJ Joystick
Nintendo brand console cleaner
Naki Eliminator console cleaner
Naki Eliminator solution (2)
Various Booklets (varying condition)
Super Controllers (2, both missing pieces)

Games
-Skate or Die 2
-Top Gun
-John Elway’s Quarterback
-Kung Fu
-Hogan’s Alley
-Kid Icarus
-Contra
-Mike Tyson’s Punchout
-Track and Field II
-Dr. Mario
-Mega Man 4
-Marble Madness
-To The Earth
-Bases Loaded 4
-Iron Sword: Wizards & Warriors II
-Mega Man
-Wrestlemania
-The Legend of Zelda
-Bigfoot
-N.A.R.C.
-The Karate Kid
-Super Mario Bros. 3
-Captain Skyhawk
-Mario Bros/Duck Hunt (3)

Very very good deal! That is what I still love about ebay. Sometimes you can get good deals there. Sadly only very seldom by now. It's the same on amazon!

That is a huge score, dude! You know it's a great deal when it makes others jealous, and I am not ashamed to admit that I am one of those others! The Link to the Past Player's Guide usually fetches at least $50 (one of Nintendo's best publications EVER, by the way), and CIB Castlevania and Tengen Tetris would likely push the worth of this lot over $130 alone.

I myself was happy to reap the benefits of craigslist yesterday (and it's been a long time since I've been able to say that!) as I picked up a sealed-in-box Nintendo DS Lite for $45 to replace the one that I destroyed while trying to replace the touch screen!

All of this for $30 ... These copies are 100% legit.

The guy I got them from was an old friend here locally that had them as he grew up and held on to him. If only he had Ruby :-/

My pick ups from last week.

From a boot sale first

DJ Hero Special Edition for 360 - £8....

These were 50p each....

Got these from CEX....

And got this off Facebook. Came with Road Rash too - £20....

Finally, picked this up from British Heart Foundation. 4:3 21" Sony Trinitron with a flat screen to replace my 28" 16:9 Panasonic Quintrix . Despite my worries about what I had read somewhere, Time Crisis with Guncon and Virtua Cop with Predator work fine - £20

Really happy with my printer too. Used all the ink that came with it already so waiting on a new batch. Bought 5 sets of colour and black on Amazon for £13

I picked up this SNES lot a few hours ago; someone from a local print shop was giving them away for free...

Home Alone
Mortal Kombat
Pac-Man 2: The New Adventures
Street Fighter II
Street Fighter II Turbo
Super Mario World
Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3
Williams Arcde's Greatest Hits

All of the carts were loose, with no boxes or manuals. The labels for "Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3" and "Pac-Man 2" were in terrible condition, and "Williams Arcade" didn't have one at all.

AWW the DJ Hero would have been even better if it came with the Renegade edition all black and gold turntable.
