Pickups from yesterday. I’ve honestly been trying to save some money but I’d never seen Snowboard Kids 2 in the wild before so I couldn’t let it go. I’m not entirely sure if I want to dive head first into collecting Playstation Long Boxes yet so I just pick them up every now and then if the price is right. Also I know The Wizard isn’t a game but it is essentially an hour and a half long commercial for the NES so I figured I’d put it as well.

SNES
Super Batter Up
Super Star Wars

N64
Snowboard Kids 2

Playstation
NBA In The Zone

DVD
The Wizard

I'm hoping for a potential baller pick up. For some reason there was no picture for the listing but anyway for $220 it was:

1 x Nintendo Game Boy
2 x Yellow Pokemon Gameboy's with Original Boxes
1 x Green Game Boy Colour with Box

Games:

2 x Donkey Kong Games
Pokemon Red
Pokemon Gold
Pokemon Blue
+ 9 other games

All having instructions apparently. (hoping for boxed).

Seriously just waiting on this buyer to hit me back with an image of condition. But according to my eBay skulking skills, one of these pokemon gameboys in mint is selling for ~250-300.

I got a Famicom AV for $150 on eBay.
I can finally play that box of 170 games I got month ago.  ;D
I've got 30 dupes I'm going to sell soon.

Got the Super Mario Land 45 for around $15, and Gaz and RoboParents Invader Zim figures for around $15 each

I also bought a Invader Zim Series 1 Dib (Hot Topic version) but its been a week and I had no response from the seller. $30, and the seller has no feedback.

Right, so, I've been picking up this month but haven't come back here to make posts about it... so this is one giant catch up post with a fantastic score at the end.

Starting with my Loot Crate, I actually loved this one.

Then I start my Goodwill pickups, which I'll post all the pictures and summarize at the end (second and third pictures from Goodwill are from today's haul)

Finally, my pickup from a local store that this on sale at $80 (I wanted to upgrade from my 5520 so that I could print discs):

Summary of Goodwill games:

Video Speedway
Zombie Dinos from Planet Zeltoid

PS1:

PS2:

Tekken 4
Time Crisis 3
PS2 DVD Remote Control NIB (blister pack is scuffed badly and damaged)

Gameboy/Color:
Bubble Bobble
Bust a Move 2
Game & Watch Gallery 3 (CIB)

Kirby's Pinball Land
Megaman
Paperboy
Pokemon Red (NIB, Sealed... this is my 3rd copy now... 1st copy still in box and sealed)
Star Wars (NIB, Sealed)
Super Breakout (NIB, Sealed)
Super Mario Land

Far out, how much did that Pokemon Red set you back from Goodwill? I assume that's like a second hand shop? looks like an awesome score.

Handheld games at Goodwill are $3. Console games are $4.

If they are overstock inventory from Target, they are usually $10.

In this case, they were not from Target at all, so $3 for Pokemon Red, NIB. Hell of a score since it goes for about $220 according to Pricecharting trend.

Sure thing! Hopefully these are decent enough, hooked up the new printer and I had to redo all my VueScan settings, but I couldn't remember what I had them set too.

Scanned at 600dpi.

If these aren't good enough, I can probably play with the settings more, but I wouldn't be able to do that until Sunday.

Yesterday at one of my weekly thrift store / game store visits:

It was kinds funny first I bought a few MD CIB games from him for 40 Euro total ->

Not too shaby especially as Alisia and Ghosts n Ghoblins are in there.

Then we talked a bit and he told me he just recently got a Game Gear with games in he'd let go for cheap as noone wants Game Gear stuff.
I said show it to me and after one glance I bought it. Boxed games are CIB except for Ax Battler and Wonder Boy. I think anyone knowing anything about collecting will know in a heartbeat why this was a astonishing deal for 50 Euro total. ;D

2 + 3 = 23

I have that Mario and Donkey Kong drinks, unopened from a few years ago.
I probably should not drink those now.
