I found this site a while back: http://gbatemp.net/threads/cover-collections-for-emulators-with-cover-support.324714/ (link added back in with admin post below)

They have all the vertical images for N64/SNES that i wanted.  Their images are all 1090x680 when it seems to me i want 3366x2100

Any way to easily upscale the images and still look ok?  what are the artists suggestions on this?

Looks like they are covers already in TCP.

Just download them from here.

Edit: So it turns out that the computer I was in had malware in it. Please go ahead and repost your link.

You can't fill in information that doesn't exist very well.

My suggestion is to use a Photoshop plug-in called Blow Up by Alien Skin Software.

It's likely the best option considering Photoshop is awful at extrapolating pixels.
