Does anyone have the ability to scan a clean..600dpi N64 box? Like..the system box...front and the back...I know it's not normal to ask for system covers...but can anyone help out?

Not going to happen mate, the equipment to do that properly is expensive as hell. Might be able to do an ok job with a wand scanner and then stitching the files together afterwards. Lot of work though.

Maybe see if any local print shops have a large format scanner and see if they'll let you use it for a bit to scan your own box.

Out of curiosity... How come this seems impossible to you all?

You could easily scan the box at 600 dpi you will just have to scan a few section of the box and piece it all together. Not that hard...

Not hard, just incredibly time consuming. I've stitched together scans from A3 art prints quite a few times, no matter how careful you are something is always out by a few mm. Easier to just work out how to get some time on a large format scanner with someone.
