I finally have some cases on the way and i was just reading the printing guides.

I really don't want to print them on my cheap printer and can't justify buying a good one so I'm left with taking them to a place like staples. My question is to anyone that has done this... How do you get them to print them properly with the right options? I assume the person working there for min wage is just going to press print lol

Also if anyone can recommend a good cheap printer feel free :P

I have had covers printed at staples. Everything went fine. Bring the covers on a flash drive and know what paper is needed for each cover. (some don't fit on 8.5x11)

You didn't have to give them any special instructions? Cool  :)

I'm doing a few SNES and N64 games .. haven't looked into which paper to use yet.
