The image Quality is too low grade to translate. The characters have to be big enough to see the dashes or circles next to them. Dashes or a circle could mean the difference between letter combinations. For example PA=ぱ, BA=ば, HA=は, etc... Each of these use the same symbol but the circles and dashes determine the sound.

oh, well that's a shame that it's too low quality, because i want to put some back text to make it look like an authentic retail box (in cover form).

Here is a trick I some times use.  It wont give you a very good translation but it might give you enuff to get the gist of want its talking about.

Go to amazon japan- locate the game:

http://www.amazon.co.jp/%E3%83%8F%E3%83%89%E3%82%BD%E3%83%B3-%E3%82%AA%E3%83%AA%E3%82%A8%E3%83%B3%E3%82%BF%E3%83%AB%E3%83%96%E3%83%AB%E3%83%BC-%E9%9D%92%E3%81%AE%E5%A4%A9%E5%A4%96/dp/B0000D0Y65/ref=sr_1_15?ie=UTF8&qid=1419955318&sr=8-15&keywords=%E5%A4%A9%E5%A4%96%E9%AD%94%E5%A2%83

Then you can use google translate on the product info.  I get something like this.
