| FF XII and FF X2 |

Completely different games. FF XII is "Final Fantasy Twelve", FF X-2 is "Final Fantasy X-2", the first direct followup to a numbered Final Fantasy game. It's a direct sequel to FFX, Final Fantasy Ten. Haven't played XII personally, only played a little X-2. X-2's alright, but it's really fanservice-y, nowhere near as good as X was IMO |

Haven't played it personally, my best friend played it for a while and seemed to enjoy it. No more ATB or random battles though, you see all your enemies on the world map and it's a real-time battle. Was originally described as "FF XI the non-mmo version" so if you played XI you at least have an idea of what you're getting into. |
