The difficult part right now is cutting out the foam in a way that doesn't look like crap. I was thinking about using a hot knife. I don't know if that will help or not. How did you cut out your foam for your PS1 cards? |

Sharp craft knife rather than a hot one I would imagine. |

I was using a brand new blade, so it should have been pretty sharp, but I was still having trouble with the foam tearing. Overall, the foam I bought is pretty crappy. I would not be happy with it even if I didn't have to cut the stuff. I'll make a few more attempts before I try a completely different material. |
