How they look in the jewel case. I noticed a spot without black that I have to fix but if you didn't noticed then is not as big as I supposed

From a quick glance, these look awesome.  I'll take a closer look tonight, but I doubt any changes will be needed.  Thank you again for making these.   

I'll post pictures of the completed product once I have it done.

The difficult part right now is cutting out the foam in a way that doesn't look like crap.  I was thinking about using a hot knife.  I don't know if that will help or not. 

How did you cut out your foam for your PS1 cards?

Sharp craft knife rather than a hot one I would imagine.

I was using a brand new blade, so it should have been pretty sharp, but I was still having trouble with the foam tearing.  Overall, the foam I bought is pretty crappy.  I would not be happy with it even if I didn't have to cut the stuff.  I'll make a few more attempts before I try a completely different material.

I used one of this and a ruler, except for the round part that i didn't use the ruler

but i think your foam is harder than mine, the one i use even with scissors can be cut perfectly

Don't press to hard.  Let the knife do the business.  Multiple passes lightly, rather than applying pressure.
