Looking for a 4.5 3DS XL

I'm in the market for a 3DS XL that has 4.5 for the Gateway Flashcart. I've checked my local area in retail stores and the closest I come to a serial with the correct firmware is SW13 and SW12 is the highest it can be.

I'd like to trade stuff for it, or cash if someone has one that is interested in trading then i'll type up a list and provide pictures.

I could buy a teal 3ds cib from a lady local but she wants 150 for it and it has 4.5.06u on it which is perfect but i would rather have an XL.

I was able to score 2 of these from local stores. Kmart had 2 in stock, best buy had 3 in stock. Gateway has been ordered, great thing to test 3ds games before purchasing most can be hit or miss.

I have the SD2SNES as well and I use that for hacks and games not available in the states and as a kid i only bought mostly jrpg's and thats what my collection mostly is atm so its a good way to test games that i wanna potentially own. =) i'm  a fan of the try before you buy options =)
