Pokemon red/blue/yellow version Japanese covers. (Gameboy)

Recently got all 4 versions of the 1st generation from Japan (import) and wanted to put them in their respective covers (cases) , green version however, has its Japanese cover, I'd just like to get the red yellow and blue ones. (there is already the gold and silver Japanese versions)

Did any of them come in the box?  I'd so scan it in please (600dpi preferred).

This request comes up often but we have never gotten any scans for them.

They all came in boxes, I'm trying to acquire some via eBay, (they also come with the game and a manual) so when it ends in a few days I'll see if I can get my hands on them, I'll take a crack at doing it myself (editing) using the green version already uploaded as my template.. (I'm pretty okay [6.9/10] at Photoshop)
