e-Reader - Game Boy Advance - NTSC - Cover Request

Has anyone made a cover for the e-Reader for the Game Boy Advance?  I'm hoping to find one that would fit a DS case so it would line up with my Game Boy games.  By my estimate, it would need to be a triple DS case.  I can make a triple DS case no problem, but I'm definitely can't make the cover.  I would prefer a cover that matches the following spine format.  Thanks to anyone who can help.

Editing a wide black rectangle onto it shouldn't be difficult.

I made a retail DC cover, Its in my box account under 3DS, I'm not sure If I made one for a triple case yet.

I'm always a fan of Wiggy's covers, but the style usually doesn't match with the covers I'm using.  If anyone reads my posts, they know that I'm pretty OCD about getting my spines to match.

I looked through your box account, but couldn't find your e-Reader cover.  I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.  Either way, if you get around to making a triple DS case with the black GBA spine, please let me know.  Until then, I'll probably print out Wiggy's cover and use that.

On second thought, I just remembered that I don't have any DS cases to work with.  I haven't bought any because I'm waiting for Shadowfox's cases, so there is no hurry to print covers.

I'm thinking about a cover also. I still have the plastic shell for my e-reader, but it's a pain to remove and place back in. And the store I bought my ds cases from closed down, and I'm out of cases right now also

Can you reupload your full cover Larry? I want to use yours, but with a modified version of Wiggy's spine.
