Can someone explain $115 for a flawed, cart only Super Metroid? Its a big time ebayer whose ebay name has 2 double letters and games. Not sure if i can say it here or not but most of you should know who i mean.

Stupidity, Stupidity is the answer.
Some people just do not know how much things are worth and jack the prices way up.

I've found that, on average, buy it now asking prices are generally double what a game is really worth.  I can't tell you how many times I've looked at completed listings to find an average selling price, only to see new listings asking double (or more).  "Hmm, the last 10 copies of this game sold for $25 each.  I'll list mine for $50".

Just the nature of the beast.  Be patient and you'll find some reasonable deals.  You just have to look through a lot of crap to get there.

What percent of these leters would be the letter J?  All his Super Metroid lose are way above normal price, but then again, but they do sell from time to time.

I actually have no problem with it since im not buying it but i was just wondering about the logic behind it. Well, i guess i do have a slight issue with it since i mentioned it.   :)   I think straight up auctions are a much more accurate way to determine value but if a buy it now is the average of say 5 actual auctions then i can go along with that. There was another post the other day talking about something very similar.

It'd be jj games, I don't see where mentioning them is against any rules.  I buy a lot from them at under normal market value.  As a matter of fact just converted my 3-in-1 turbo duo CD for 14 games from them (Ebay'ed the CD, bought the games right of ftheir site).

Nothing in rules about bashing overpriced ebay sellers by name.
