Has anyone picked up the new Vita with BL2?

I currently have the Assassins Creed Vita bundle, because I like the white Vita but the new Vita just dropped and its supposed to be slimmer. Now I don't think the Vita is too bad to hold in my hands but if you picked it up whats your impression on it? Worth having both?

I know we're collectors but I like to focus on older consoles than new easier to obtain stuff.

I knew there was differences in the screen but I didn't know it had no OLED. interesting.
