Very odd print issue

I actually installed to a different drive. Typically, I install apps I use the most to my SSD. This time around, I deleted the Adobe folder in C:\Program Files\ and C:\Program Files (x86)\ and then installed into D:\Adobe (my programs drive).
My OS is Windows 8.1, no recent updates installed, no recent programs installed or changed.

Yeah, I took a look.
I tried all the tricks mentioned in that thread and nothing worked. Print Preview looks perfect as well, it's only the actual printing that is wrong... and only when done through photoshop. :(
