Problem with Mario Rpg Cartridge (NTSC)

Actually, what region are you from?  Are you in an NTSC or Pal country ?

My snes is ntsc, and so is my mario rpg. I even tested the game on a top loader and the result was the same...:( help me...

id be more worried if it wasn't a top loader myself

I meant the mini snes...sorry.
Finally i confirmed that the problem is my cartridge, can i fix it? What could i try as a last resort? Really grateful, thanks.
