Problem with Mario Rpg Cartridge (NTSC)
Pepe_el_mago:
Hello guys, i would really appreciate some help. I have a Mario Rpg Cartridge, and i have played it before and it worked fine (i have cleaned the game so the pins are shiny). The problem is, when I tried to play it today, the game starts as normal, but the character models on the start (the princess, Mario and the hpuse in the back) are all messed up and glitchy. The sound is ok, and when i try to play a new game (the mario model is all glitchy and it looks like a mess) the games starts (all glitchy again) and it freezes. I have tried cleaning the game and removing the battery to no success. Im really sad, because it is one of my favorite games for the SNES. What can i do? Do you think there is any chance for the game to work again? Could the FX chip be faulty.
Thank you

That could also be something SNES related. Have you tried any other games?
Oobgarm:
Didn't someone else post about having similar issues with SMRPG?
Pepe_el_mago:
All of my other games work great with my snes, it is just this one game

Which model SNES are you using? Are you using a clone system?
Also, A SMRPG didn't use the FX chip it was a SA1 game
