GBA Donkey Kong Country Not For Resale?

Does anyone have any information about the Not For Resale versions of DKC 1 and 3 for the GBA? Are they especially rare, and are they different from the normal ones in any way other than the label?

Doesn't look like 3 is very rare.  While no hits for it on price charting, there's one on ebay for $25 that's been there for about 15 days. Not sure on the first one

For NFR games, the snes ones have just slightly more value than normal carts.  For N64 however, huge price differences.  I honestly don't know about the GBA ones.
