Umm, that wasn't a rom site, there wasn't a single rom on there from my understanding. Just IPSs. But if we're blocking IPSs files too, you missed the site by Jeff has the same files. |

Yeah, the aptly named RH dot network site only hosts patches. Hell, one of the sites I mentioned actually hosts patched roms, so I decided to remove it myself. |

The problem too with IPS patches, in theory they have no copyrighted info. But if you actually change locations of anything like graphics, it now has a copy of the copyrighted work inside them. |
