Pretty much all the Final Fantasy games. Chrono Cross has an amazing soundtrack and I really enjoy the soundtracks from the Tales series of games.

Both are remakes of Halo 2 songs but I think these are the best versions. I encourage you to give it a listen even if you don't like the games.

~All the songs are good, but Aquatic Ambiance is my favorite
Mega Man X
~There's no such thing as a bad song here. Storm Eagle, Spark Mandrill, and Armored Armadillo were among the best. Ending is my absolute favorite.
Mega Man Zero series
~All filled with top quality music. I need to get the rest of the Remastered Tracks. Songs in particular:
~Z1: Enemy Hall OR Neo Arcadia
~Z2: Gravity OR Red Time
~Z3: Cold Smile OR Submerged Library
~Z4: Falling Down OR Blackheart Beat
~ZC: Crash 1, 2, 3, and 4
Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem
~Great mood-setting music. Black Rose is probably my favorite.
Portal 2
~The music stands out here more than the first, especially when flying through the air thanks to The Friendly Faith Plate.
