Request - NES Retail Cover - Seicross

Hi all.  I'm looking for a retail Seicross cover.  After all my searching on this forum, and in the raw files...I can't even find a raw scan of the box.  I believe I have the manual somewhere, but I'd have to dig for it.  I will scan it if it will help.
