Digital River is a trainwreck. I went through hell and back to get my Lightning Returns and FFX/X-2 remaster collector's editions. This includes being charged twice and "losing" my order despite the fact I had proof it existed.
I wish that Namco, Square-Enix, and anyone else that uses Digital River, would just drop them. Out of four purchases I have had to make with them, only one has gone over well. That one was for the Wizard's Edition of Ni No Kuni, which I got lucky on getting seeing as they oversold for that edition and a lot of people got screwed out of it.
I am currently trying to receive the Tier-one pre-order bonuses from them listed here:

I am currently talking with Digital River about it and they just keep trying to say I need to talk to Square Enix and not them (I know fully well that Digital River is the reason for the fuck up, not Square Enix) and Square Enix says that you need to talk with Digital River. So far the emailing back and forth has gotten no where, so I will be calling tomorrow to voice my opinion.
Pretty sad that Digital River can not get their heads out of their asses and realize that their ordering system is fucked and that many of their service reps don't know anything about the products they sell. On the bright side, I have seen people post that they were able to get a hold of DR and received their Pre-order bonuses, so I just need to be optimistic
