Lot of pretentiousness around here, eh?

While I can't say anything about Europe, in the States the "TWO" listings on eBay for Bibi go for about $20.  Cart only.  Maybe it's common over there, maybe it isn't.  But if that guy felt like selling it over here, it could probably fetch more than 3 euros.

I also love it when people feel they're "above" having certain games and act better than those who do.  This is the internet.  And these are VIDEO GAMES.  Anyone that gets snobby over someone else buying a piece of plastic and circuitry is either an asshole or just has way to much time on their hands.

I am an asshole, you got a problem with that?

And just so that you also get it. Noemann is from europe afaik and that is why I pointed out that this game is not uncommon here. I suppose you also didn't get the Two Stupid Dogs quote did ya? Just to spell it out. The first sentence was meant as a joke reference. *jesus*

A yes and about being "above" such games. I'm just a bit frustrated that more and more shitty as hell games get this I'm rare and very very very expensive stamp.
Shit stays shit no matter the way you look at it.

Yeah I understand that perfectly. You never know after all. Ninja Cop really is a hidden and rare gem though.

PS1/PSX Critical Depth arrived today:

I'm going to play it a bit, then i'll scan it.
I was shocked about the size of the case  :o I placed it upright in the photo so that US members can see the size.
The manual is huge. I will need some time to scan it. It's like a book, like the FIFA '97 snses manual.

no worries, i will scan it in for us...

 ;D

Bibi Blocksberg:

Holy cow, I log out to sleep a bit and all hell breaks loose  ;D

@tiktek LOL. yes, it is cute. I like Bibi  ;D I'm a softy for this stuff. LOL I even watch Barbie movies with my Fiancee. LOL

My comments about the price may seem overzealous to US members, therefore I can understand the curiosity. I am aware of Bibi Blocksberg audio/video content and I like it. Bibi is a cute product and i am a sucker for this stuff. The same way that i like Disney stuff. I like the Big Boy stuff too but i am a softy for Family quality content. Bibi is something that I've discussed with my German Fiancee and we want to add it to our collection but it is usually overpriced (in my opinion.) Even 12-15euro is high considering that i can get top games for 5. I was shocked to see a sealed Bibi listed at 90euro. I only paid 9euro for a sealed copy of Castleween. I was happy to find Bibi at 3euro. The box is excellent condition compared to some of the boxes selling between 12-20euro. I am happy with the purchase. However, Bibi is unique to Germany/Austria so i understand the higher prices. Just wait until you see what else i will be buying  :P more girly stuff coming. LOL

The game itself is not so good, i suppose it could be considered a bad game by most game players but i still like to have it. Bibi is cool. "hex, hex!" love the stuff myself but the game is just not as good as the video/audio products.

Fix and Foxi is coming soon and i'll be adding more stuff.

By the way, everyone must've missed my April pickup: Trollz Hair Affair LOL I like the box. The box is cute. The game is okay.
I am laughing. I really am a sucker for this stuff, so get used to it  ;D

My Fiancee and I also collect Barbie dolls, Monster High dolls and Ever After High dolls.  ;D

The game never came out in the states. You have a GER copy, so it's from Germany/Austria. So yeah, it does make them uncommon in the U.S. since its... not from the U.S...

Forgot all about Dr. Chaos.  Strange I don't own it, it's not exactly uncommon, but the more I think about it, I've not seen a copy of it in ages.  It's a love-hate thing for most people.  A lot of reviewers bitch about things in it that plays just like Goonies II

It was a completely blind buy for me. I don't think I had ever even heard of it until throwing in a bid on an ending auction. Glad that I watched a review of it though, so now I have an understanding of how to play thru the game.

Another weekend, another trip to Goodwill. :)

So I've been going there for the last 3 weeks and they have a display case up front that hasn't had much changing stock at all. A copy of super breakout for Atari 2600, a few UMD movies cased and caseless, a few UMD PSP games (poker and sports), and some new in box PS3 Motion / Navigation controllers (about 4 sets) priced at $19.99 each.

After speaking with the clerk about them for a few minutes, I offered them $15 each for one set (Motion+Navigation). They ended up settling with me at $16 ($15.99) each, which I felt is a fair deal. I still saved some cash off of what they were offering them at and the stock isn't moving (still more sets there, obviously) so I may come back in a few more weeks and offer them less for a couple more sets.

All in all, I still think it was a decent haul.

I also picked up Starfox and Starfox 64 off EBay for $10 each. Went to Paperworks and also purchased two 50-sheet packs of Legal-size semi-gloss double-sided paper. The UGC's you see are how I'm printing my games with this new paper. TCP covers with a game-related inlay.

Just glad you're able to admit it.  It's the first step towards recovery.

[thanks irv for the shirt]

I had forgotten that

[Puts the shirt on. It's a snug fit as it was last worn 25 kilos ago]

And I knew you would come if I brought pop corn ;D
