I don't have Vita covers so I can't check 100%, but what  can see looks OK.

is it just bit too big or about 3x too wide and high?

If latter try printing at 32% scale.

how do you print at 32%?

For example in Paint go to print set-up and choose where it says scalee 100%, change that to 32%

Before doing that go to properties and check is the DPI 300. if it is all shouuld print fine.

But for some reason some covers show up as 96DPI and those need 32% scale printing.

This applies to covers officially posted to our site and most copvers found on the boards.

I concur. Learn this basic step, and it will help you more than you think. Don't be intimidated - it's simple.
