Have you adjusted the potentiometer at all?

There is even more comfortable option if you play at home:

Gamecube +  Game Boy Player + SNES pad + controller adapter.

Yeah, but some of leave the house occasionally, Arseen ;) :P

I haven't messed with that yet, I wasn't sure if that would fix it. I should turn the dial CCW right? and whats the best way to turn it with just a regular flat head screwdriver?

--- End quote ---

Tiny flathead or tiny Philips. CCW about 90* should be all it needs. Just as an FYI, the 32-pin models don't take to the mod as well as the 40-pin. They tend to be dimmer and have more issues with motion blur and scan lines :-\

but with a GameCube controller end instead of USB. It's perfect! Not sure why they stopped making them. You could use their NES version combined with NES and SNES extention cables spliced together, since NES and SNES share the same controller pinouts.

Saw a review on youtube about that one, laggy as hell. =(

Yeah Motion Blur is noticed in the game I was playing, FF Adventure. I'd move he'd turn black and he'd be normal when staying still and Scanlines are way more noticable. Dammit 32 pin are the newer gba's right? 40 pins are the 1st model and harder to come by i think.

wiggy:

Correct, 32-pin models are the later revision. Buuuuut, you'll be happy to hear that, at least based on the handful which I've gutted, the 40-pin models easily outnumber the 32s about 5:1 :)
