Help with White Knight Origins

I would like to get White Knight Chronicles Origins, but being in America and only knowing English puts me in an awkward spot.

 I know the standard European version with the little pegi 12 on it is multi-lingual with English as an option.

 Is the German version able to display English dialogue and text?

I don't own a psp or this game. If no one else can help you, then I can write to a few German sellers and ask about in-game language options. Usually English is available. I see that German ebay prices are much lower than other European nations.
