TDIRunner:
I've never heard of these before, but I saw them at my local flea market.  They guy wanted $120 for the pair.  One appears to be factory sealed, but it may have been resealed by someone.  They seem unique, but I wanted to resarch them before spending that kind of money.  Both are CIB.  I've bought a lot of stuff from this guy.  He is pretty good about dealing on stuff.  I'm sure he would go $100.  Anyone have any advice?

Blumpkin:
Huh, I never knew this game was worth anything. eBay has the selling price in the wide range of $50-130, leaning more towards the $130 side.

I have the deluxe edition too but never broke into it. It's unfortunately been a dust collector for me.

TDI, you are hitting my territory... GC flea market right? I have bought both of those games from that guy before.  They are sealed.  He bought a case of both of them a long time ago and has just been sitting on them ever since.  When he sells one, he puts another out.  He's a tough guy to deal with but you can usually get him down some with a little haggling.

Yep.  Route 66 Flea Market.  I hit that place up every once and a while.  I've bought from that guy more than any other shop there.  His prices are set to eBay which kind of sucks considering it’s a flea market.  However, he is willing to deal.

On Saturday, I paid that guy $30 for the following (his asking price was $50):
•   Mario's Time Machine for SNES
•   Sonic the Hedgehog Genesis for Game Boy Advance (the remake of the original)
•   Game & Watch Gallery 4 for the Game Boy Advance
•   2 first party memory cards for the Game Cube
•   The instruction manual for the Super Mario World/Super Mario All Stars combo

Just out of curiosity, what did you pay for those games?  Are they worth it?  I’ve never heard of them before and I would probably only buy them for the collectability.  Typically, I will only buy for collectability if I’m getting an extremely good deal.

I think I paid around the $120 for the pair... maybe a little less but it's been a while back now.  They are obscure JRPG's that are supposed to be really good... but mine have been collecting dust as well in my "to be played" list.  These are rarer / uncommon PS2 games, especially the first Generations which was one of Working Designs last releases and the fact they are both sealed is a plus.  There is also a PSP game that goes in this series that is one of the higher priced games on the secondary market.
