Dead or Alive 3 Xbox Japanese version

Anyone have this game can scan the cover? A friend of mine has it (but now lives a few states away..) and I didn't have a scanner at the time. I made a color photocopy of it on regular paper. Just a few days ago, I scanned that photocopy and this is what I came up with:

I tried, but I assume it's not fixable. It's supposed to look like this:

I'd appreciate any help. Best help would be a brand new scan I suppose...
