Submission quality standards are high..  This looks pretty good, but far from perfect.  You would need to clean the images on the front and rear much better.  Then re-type the back, get new screen shots, new barcode, etc..

Those steps are not mandatory. Good scanned text also is okay and original barcodes/screenshots.

Still the artwork needs some more cleaning.
