Has anyone here ever replaced a cartridge label, and in particular for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis? I ask because, even though I've seen a few people do so online, nowhere has mentioned how they obtain the labels. If made in Photoshop as reproductions, then how do you go about? If not, and seeing as The Cover Project only covers (pun unintended) a few labels, where does one obtain high-quality scans?

I have, but it just strikes me as weird how there are a fair few sites (albeit on a smaller scale) like The Cover Project and yet not one for the cartridge labels themselves. Also, it doesn't help when the cartridge labels which you are after are quite rare.

For example, most labels I have seen for Combat Cars are this cartridge...

Mine is this...

Mine is a Mega Drive (UK), which makes things a little bit more difficult. To be quite honest, with the state of one or two of my labels, I'd suffice with the Genesis versions of the labels (I actually think the red looks nicer). However, for cartridges such as Combat Cars, the differently shaped cartridges makes this impossible and it seems as though obtaining a scan will be too because I bet the majority of members here are from North America.

This is my cartridge...

I would be tempted to simply create my own, but because it is a weird shaped cartridge (back before the whole Sega Vs Accolade lawsuit, I believe) I'm not too confident. Besides, my Photoshop skills are pretty pitiful...
