Zelda's Adventure for CD-i REQUEST

Does anyone have a cover for, or scans of, Zelda's Adventure for CD-i?
A rare and obscure game, I know, but I am starting to case my CD-i collection and this was one cover I was surprised to not see on the site.

I know a friend of mine picked this up a little ago with intent to resell.  Not sure if he has done such yet, if not I'll ask him to scan the cover so we can at least get raws.
